IELTS: The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is an international standardised test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. Most universities in the world accept this test. The IELTS test assesses your abilities in listening, reading, writing and speaking – in less than three hours. All IELTS scores are between 0 and 9. You can also get .5 scores as well, for example, 6.5 or 7.5. You will get a band score for each skill (listening, reading, writing and speaking) and an overview band score. The overall band score is the average score of all the skills.

TOEFL: Test of English as a foreign language is a standardised test to measure the English language ability of non-native speakers wishing to enroll in English-speaking universities. The TOEFL test can get you to more destinations around the world. The TOEFL test gives you an advantage at universities worldwide, including in the U.S., Australia and Canada. It helps you stand out where it counts most—with admissions officers. The TOEFL iBT test is scored on a scale of 0 to 120 points. Each of the four sections (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing) receives a scaled score from 0 to 30. The scaled scores from the four sections are added together to determine the total score.

German Language: German is not only spoken in Germany, but also in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Leichenstein, Italy, France, Hungary, Denmark, Poland,Romania, Slovakia,  The United States, Chile, Norway, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela. It is one of the world’s top ten most commonly spoken languages. Today, Germany’s leading position in the global economy gives us another important reason to learn German. The German economy is the largest in Europe, and Germany has the world’s fourth largest economy, behind the United States, China, and Japan.

The levels to learning German:

• Level A1: Beginners and False Beginners. Upon completion of this level, you can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases. 
• Level A2: Basic German Knowledge.
• Level B1: Pre-Intermediate.
• Level B2: Intermediate.
• Level C1: Upper Intermediate.
• Level C2: Advanced.
